Die components machined to precise tolerances using CAMWorks or Mastercam toolpaths, then fully assembled and functionally verified.

STEP 02
Designing

Designing

Parts designed using SolidWorks or ZWCAD. CAMWorks generates CNC toolpaths and Quick Press creates the die before prototype testing.

Tooling

Tooling & Die Assembly

Die components machined to precise tolerances using CAMWorks or Mastercam toolpaths, then fully assembled and functionally verified.

Quality Testing

Quality Testing

Prototype parts are produced from the new die and evaluated against customer drawings. Design adjustments are made until the part meets specification.

Mass Production

Mass Production

Validated die enters full production. Real-time process monitoring, in-line quality checks and continuous improvement loops ensure consistent output.
