Precision Automotive Tubing.
United Sanoh Industries Sdn Bhd engineers precision fluid-carrying tubing systems for Malaysia's most demanding automotive platforms — combining advanced materials, exacting tolerances, and zero-compromise quality.
Tubing Engineered to
Your Specification
Every tubing assembly is defined by a precise combination of material form, dimensional spec, protective treatment and end-forming — configured to meet OEM requirements exactly.
Precision Fluid
Transfer Systems
USISB manufactures precision metallic tubular systems for automotive brake, fuel, cooling, and hydraulic circuits — the small-diameter, high-integrity lines that carry fluid through a vehicle's most safety-critical systems.
"Small in diameter, critical in function — every tube is engineered to perform flawlessly across the full lifecycle of the vehicle under pressure, temperature, and chemical exposure."
Produced from double-wall brazed (DWB), single wall welded (SWW), and seamless steel tube stock, our fluid lines are formed, treated, end-formed, and 100% pressure-tested before delivery to Tier-1 and OEM assembly lines.
Steel vs Nylon
— Choosing the Right Platform
Each material platform is engineered for distinct performance environments. Understanding the differences is the foundation of optimal fluid system design.
Steel Tubing
High-strength precision steel tubing engineered for critical high-pressure applications — brake lines, fuel delivery, and structural fluid routing where rigidity and burst resistance are non-negotiable.
Nylon Tubing
Advanced polyamide tubing delivering lightweight, flexible, and corrosion-immune fluid routing — purpose-engineered for HVAC, vapour, and low-to-medium pressure systems.
Precision Manufacturing Process
From raw material to OEM-ready assembly — zero defect, full traceability
Raw Material Inspection
Seamless steel tubing certified to OD, wall thickness, tensile, and chemical composition specifications. Non-conforming material rejected at intake before production entry.
Tube Drawing & Sizing
Multi-pass cold drawing reduces tube OD and wall thickness to ±0.05mm. Uniform grain structure and consistent mechanical properties maintained throughout.
Degreasing & Pre-Treatment
Ultrasonic alkaline degreasing removes machining oils, metal fines, and surface oxides. Creates the chemically clean surface required for consistent coating adhesion.
First Surface Treatment
Zinc or phosphate coating applied as corrosion barrier and primer adhesion layer. Bath concentration, temperature, and dwell time controlled to precise coating-weight spec.
CNC Bending & Routing
Multi-axis CNC mandrel bending with springback compensation forms exact 3D vehicle routing geometry. Zero wall thinning or ovality on all bend radii.
End Forming & Flaring
ISO / DIN flare profiles and connector bead locks formed under hydraulic pressure. Every end 100% inspected against approved reference samples.
Second Surface Treatment
PVC, nylon-11, or PA outer coating applied as final environmental and abrasion protection barrier. Coating thickness and adhesion strength verified to customer specification.
Final Inspection & Leak Test
100% pressure leak test at rated working pressure; zero leakage tolerance. Traceability marking and OEM-specified protective packing applied before dispatch.
Raw Material Inspection
PA11 or PA12 resin certified for automotive-grade thermal stability and fuel permeation resistance. Moisture, melt flow index, and viscosity tested at intake.
Multi-Layer Co-Extrusion
Up to five functional layers co-extruded for fuel barrier, mechanical strength, and chemical resistance. Real-time wall thickness monitoring within ±0.1mm.
Connector Pre-Assembly
Quick-connect fittings pre-seated on tube ends before heat-forming locks final geometry. Retention force checked to confirm correct seating prior to forming cycle.
Heat Forming & Routing
Assemblies heated to process temperature then formed around precision fixtures to exact 3D routing. Temperature and cooling rate controlled to prevent material degradation.
Connector Locking & Retention
All fittings fully seated and locked per insertion force specification. Pull-out retention force verified on sampled assemblies against customer requirement.
Visual & Dimensional Inspection
100% visual inspection for surface defects and connector damage. Critical dimensions verified by gauge or CMM against engineering drawing.
Marking & Traceability
Laser or ink-jet marking applies part number, lot, material spec, and date. Full traceability from raw material through to vehicle installation.
Pressure Leak Test
Compressed-air test at rated working pressure; zero leakage tolerance at all joints and tube body. Pressure decay triggers automatic rejection before packing.
Packing & Dispatch
OEM-specific packaging with dedicated trays and foam protection prevents surface damage in transit. Full traceability labeling enables unambiguous supply chain tracking.
