A rigorous four-stage engineering process — from design to mass production — ensuring every component meets OEM standards with zero compromise.

Designing

Designing

Parts are designed using SolidWorks or ZWCAD. Tooling is created and adjusted, with CAMWorks generating CNC toolpaths. Quick Press creates the die and a prototype is tested with simulations before production begins.

Tooling
STEP 02

Tooling / Die Assembly

Individual die components are made and tested for fit. CAMWorks or Mastercam creates toolpaths for precision CNC machining. The die is fully assembled and the complete unit is tested to verify correct operation.

Quality Testing

Quality Testing

Die and tooling is tested by creating a prototype and evaluating performance. Issues trigger design adjustments and re-testing until the component meets specification. Only then is the tooling approved for production.

Mass Production
STEP 04

Mass Production

Validated tooling is set up in machines for high-volume output. Quality is checked at regular intervals and deviations are resolved immediately. Production continues until all parts are manufactured to OEM specification.
