Projection Welding
Child parts from stamping undergo projection welding to fuse nuts onto the part. Nuts are precisely positioned and resistance-welded using projection geometry — delivering strong, inspected fastener joints verified for position, weld quality and pull-out strength.
Laser Cutting
Circular steel tube is cut to precise lengths and profiles using laser technology. Clean, accurate edges with minimal heat-affected zone — cut tubes are checked for length accuracy, squareness and edge quality before welding assembly stages.
Robot Child Part Welding
Child parts without nut (from stamping) and with nut (from projection welding) are combined and CO2 robot-welded into sub-assembly units. Each joint is executed to design spec — consistent penetration, verified geometry before final assembly.
Robot Assembly Welding
Laser-cut tubes and sub-assemblies are brought together in the final robotic welding stage. The complete Cross Car Beam is assembled in a single controlled operation — joint positions, weld sequences and dimensions verified against full assembly specification.
